All about us 

Chef By Request was created by Eric Johnson who has always had a passion for creating delicious customized menus using fresh ingredients and combining different flavours and creating new dishes.  Chef Eric loves  working with our clients to give them the best experience in any type of venue no matter how big or how small.  Eric's goal is to work within any type of budget to make everyone's dreams for their event come true.


We also have a creative staff on hand who can create custom desserts to order.  Just give them an idea of what you have in mind and they will customize your order.  Even with custom cakes from birthdays to  weddings and any other types of celebrations or themes,  we will exceed your expectations. 


We will plan out your events with the greatest detail. From start to finish we are there taking care of it all from theme, colours, right down to the dishware. We can do everything, set it up, serve and clean up.


All our clients have to do the day of their event is sit back relax and enjoy themselves without any worry. 


 

 

Event Planning

Our extensive catering menu offers many ideas. However, our Chef will gladly consult with you to create a special menu to suit your event and your budget.  We can accommodate any dietary restrictions or preferences.

Booking your event 

Bookings for small events (25 or less) and platters require 24 hours advance notice.

For larger events the menu should be finalized and booked 2 weeks in advance.

Guaranteed Numbers

When booking your event you will be asked to give an estimate of the number of guests. A final guarantee of the number of guests attending is required one week prior to your event.

Cancellation policy

If cancellation of your event occurs less then two(2) days working day prior to the scheduled service time,you are subject to all costs incurred

Invoicing 

We require a minimum deposit of 50% of the estimated invoice to be paid at the time you sign your contract. The remaining balance of your account is due the day of your event. Payments can be made by: Visa,Mastercard, Debit, e-transfer, Certified Cheque, Draft or Money Order
